We understand that costs associated with legal representation are of concern to prospective clients. Accordingly, we would like you to be aware of the following:
- We do not charge a fee for consultations that result in representation
- We reserve the right to charge a fee when it is appropriate or warranted under the circumstances, such as situations in which a person seeks legal advice about how to handle a matter on their own or appears to be seeking free legal advice
- We represent clients on both a contigent fee and hourly fee basis
- In the event of an an unfavorable result in a contingent fee case, a client could still be liable for costs and expenses of litigation, including court costs, expenses for examinations and costs of obtaining and presenting evidence.
